The Slip On Diverter Tub Spout is specifically designed to fit the American Standard 8888026.002 Tub Spout. This product includes a set screw for easy installation. Important Notice: Ensure your tube length from the finished wall is 1-1/2" MIN to 2-7/8" MAX. Additionally, please confirm the outside 5/8" diameter of your 1/2" copper water tube.

Easy Installation

To install this tub spout: 1. Twist the spout to the left or right while the set screw is exposed. 2. Loosen the set screw using a hex wrench. 3. Remove the old tub spout. 4. Loosen the new bath tub spout's set screw. 5. Clean the 1/2" copper pipe. 6. Align the new diverter line up with the copper pipe and slide it over. 7. Tighten the set screw with the hex wrench. 8. Attach the new tub spout securely.
